Hi there.  Should have written in here yesterday.  Was down 300 but deserved more, but will take that.

Actually I was terrible yesterday - titchy, take it to mean something that rhymes with it and I ate.  Oh no, not again.  I am so annoyed at myself, but shall move on.   I hope mum doesn't turn up with baking today.

I was so angry within - always over really stupid totally insignificant stuff.   I feel so stupid about it to myself.  Maybe just saying it out loud here will help calm me.  Oh, I just remembered have some rescue remedy.  Shall go and grab it right now!!

Ta for listening!

Yay for 300, better down than up so well done.

You are not normally so titchy, so what set you off, or shouldn't I ask.

Having just ate my way through hubbys holiday I am the last person to growl at anyone for over eating. I for one should be hanging my head in shame right now. Sad

Still another day today and so far so good foodwise.

Actually has not been a great morning, our cow, who was due to calf in January lost her baby, so not a good morning at all. The vet is coming later to check her out.

On the bright side it wasn't til I was writing this that I noticed that I feel the need to console myself by eating so there is some progress.

Anyway, we had egg rolls for breakfast, thats egg, corn and beans

Lunch we are going to have BLTs

And hubby want homemade burgers for dinner, so I have the buns rising in the oven as I write this.

I think the titchy thing is hormonal - and I'm not trying to make excuses - as I am certainly being titchy but I try to curb it.  But yesterday it was like I could see the smoke coming out my ears and I just sat there and was biting my tongue (and other stuff I shouldbn't have been )  !!! Yikes Weeping
Keeping it in isn't always the best solution!

Glad you on track. Glad hubby back to work.  Sad about the cow!!! I remember my favourite hand reared cow's fist calf dying during the birth.  Oh, I was so sad!!!  The second one she had was great though.

Sorry to here about your cow Kiwismum.  I hope the vet gives you the OK. Well done for staying on track.

Ah Lynda, I hate that feeling, you can't let it out but you shouldn't keep it in, it does your head in, glad you found your Rescue Remedy.  that stuff  is terrific.

My eating is too bad at the moment, but I really need to use the meal planner more often.  The evening meal creeps up on me and I have no idea what I am doing.

Ahh Jill number one lesson, lack of planning will make everything more difficult and will open the door to just eating whatever is handy.

Try to think in advance for tomorrow so that you will do better.
