Terrific Sunny!!! That is really amazing.  Keep it going  You must be on cloud nine.

As far as my travelling goes....turns out although my Mum may like lollies in the car to drive with, my Aunty, with whom we are stayin cooks quite good basic healthy food.  then I watched Carolines little video about recognising when we do things that are extordinary and outside our comfort zone so today I said no to quite a few of those lollies and recognised what I was doing and what it meant for me.

I hope you feel like that too, it's a good feeling!

Have to go, it's been a long day.
have fun

 Angel Yes
YAHOO SUNNY - YOU ARE SO AWESOME - WHAT A FANTASTIC RESULT YOU HAVE HAD!!!

So what is your total now.  I flipped back and saw it was 2.7 last week and now 1.9 this week thats 4.6 in two weeks - so what is your total now?  Wow you must be feeling great.
You got me out of bed yesterday morning when I was awake and bright and alert at 7.45 (having slept in till midday Saturday) and I thought - Sunny is right about exercise, so I got up and walked but only 1/2 hour as my ankle still tweaks quite a bit!!!  And it was in the rain.
So thank you for inspiring me.  it is often just "getting out the door"!  I was annoyed I forgot to put my pedometer on as it inspires me to go further.  The first time I ever got to 10000 steps on it I was zigzagging across the road outside our house so that I made the 10000!!!  fortunately we live in teh country and the neighbours couldn't see me, mind you the dog thought I was crazy!!!

keep it up. Shall report in in the morning.

Well done all of you, you are all doing great.

Silly season is playing havoc with my weight loss, but once it is over I will be able to get back on track again. I will continue to work towards my goal which once was so close  Irked

Oh wow, welcome back KM.  I love your tickerfactory thing.  I tried once to do one but I just couldn't!!!

Was up 100gm last night which is nothing, but I was annoyed as I have had a good week.  It better show next week!!!  I know, thats life sometimes...

Hope you have been well.

I was thinking of you this morning as our garden is bolting ahead.  We picked some lettuce leaves for a salad the other day, the courgette is flowering and the beans and snowpeas are all covered in flowers. Can't wait for the real thing. Husband transplanted some seeds he started last night so its all go.

Thank you Lynda.

I have been very busy lately so will try to get on when I can. Just made a batch of pitas so I am having one for lunch with a cream cheese tomato filling, very yummy and well worth the effort.

Our garden has started to take off, but we are having such funny weather that it is not following the normal pattern, so we will see what happens.

Hi there,
KM are your pitas easy? I always loved them but they are much heavier now than they used to be. I used to use them a lot with lunch but now I only use the small ones with my home made pizza.  They are something that I really do miss.  Used to stuff them for lunch with cottage cheese, beetroot, tomato and lettuce!

Its a beautiful sunny day, but for how long....

Lynda they are easy, but they do take a little bit of time as you have to make the dough by hand or else they won't separate like they are meant to. I make them with whole wheat flour so they are nice and healthy.

Hi everyone,
 Howdy
I love this thread, it's October already?!?!?! Now its nearly December! I'm just checking in to report another good loss this week: 1.1kg gone, never to be seen again Pleased All my trousers are getting loose which is a fabulous sign I think. I'm now in the bizarre position of trying to wear out my larger clothes so they aren't wasted. I have a bag in my wardrobe of clothes I grew out of when i put on more weight last year. I think I'll get them out after xmas and see if they fit. It will be so exciting if they do. I have promised myself a shopping spree in april or may, as by then nothing i own will fit (ahhh the power of positive thinking!) Big Smile
Anyway, I hope you are all enjoying the onset of summer weather on your side of the planet. I envy you the bbqs and salads coming your way. We're heading into the dark months of winter and waiting for the snow. Good luck with your weigh ins too, and just a quick thought for anyone still considering this program: don't put off getting on the program because you could be losing the weight you don't want right this minute. Just a thought,

Ciao for now
Sunny

Well done Sunny, you are doing so great with your loss.

And I agree all the time we are thinking about it, we could just be doing it.

Keep up the good work. Yes
