well, I have just tried again and this time no problems. This morning when I tried it just went through to a google type page with lots of sites but not what I was looking for. I found the food categories on the 'no fries' page of interest so shall go back later for a better look.
I do find a weekly planner somewhat off putting so find the new one day at a time one a much better idea. I found doing a week at a time if I went off the rails about Wednesday then I just stopped writing down my foods and everything went slowly down hill after that

Have been wondering if a spiral bound exercise book would make a better daily planner rather than a piece of paper each day...not sure how to draw up each page..specially for the 'Tick page"..the daily planner would be easy enough but drawing lots of boxes to tick off food choices etc might be a pain...perhaps Carolyn would like to have some planners printed in a notebook format we could buy

Thank you for your help...off now to walk off the chocolates a lovely friend gave me yesterday..will be glad when all this Christmas snacking and eating is over! I do refuse to make this time of the year an excuse to put on any weight!
