Hi there KM
Keep up the good work.  Is your hand mower petrol or old fashioned?  We bought our son one of the old fashioned (but updated) ones for Xmas as a joke as he wanted to do more exercise!!  He uses it occasionally.  It is actually quite good but needless to say not as good as the petrol.
Our lawns take 7 1/2 hours in total to mow!!!

Just off to get my sick baby a hot chicken and some rolls for lunch.  I will probably have the same as her while I am there. Was going to have salmon and rice crackers.

Hot Chicken rolls sounds very nice. The quiches were good, in fact Miss Fussy had an extra serving of them so now I have two servings left for another day.

Petrol mower here, would take too long otherwise. We have a ride on as well, but not much exercise sitting on that all day.

Yep, good lunch. Just have some raspberry tea now.
The lawns take 7 1/2 with the ride on and hand mowing.  That would be good for me - it would keep me away from the food.  Mind we did ask a friend how long it took to mow his lawns - 6 beers!!!!

So I guess it depends on how fast he drinks Laugh

Our lawns are actually broken up in lots of smaller segments, so I don't often do the whole lot by hand in one go, but rather spread it out to get exercise over more than one day.

Tonight we had the combination fried rice, minus the protein portions and stuffed full of veges, cold roast beef and coleslaw with creamy dressing on the side. It was very good.

Talk to you tomorrow

Hi KM good dinner. Hopefully no "afters" well the not permitted ones.
Didn't get home till nearly 7 as had to take dizzy daughter to chiropractor.  She felt bit bettr aftr that thank goodness.  I had an appointment too and I FELT better afer that too and as well I had some light treatment on my ankle so I can get back on the tennis court.

Had pure pork saus for dinner - just small ones with some tomato and half slice home made bread (prob slice in real terms though)  but hadnt had much carb yesterday anyway as the roll at lunch would only be one serve.  Did have an icecream after dessert, but it can be a weekly indulgence.  Tongue

Uusal breakfast. In penrose this morning.  It was really dark when I left home at 6am and it poured rain on me as i got to the garage!!  That's good really but could have waited till i'd dropped the rubbish at the bottom of the drive.

Have a good day.

Oh Swampy weigh in tonight.  Hope its a good one.  anything down is a good one!!

No Lynda no afters at all, and I just wasn't hungry at all. Today might be different, but we will see. It is good having to check on with you as it makes me stop and think before mindlessly popping something into my mouth.

Good that you daughter is feeling a bit better. I can't play tennis since I smashed my foot up, it will always be too fragile so not an option for me.

Good luck Swampy, hope you week has been good.

Mum made me date scones.  I had a small one so at lunch I had my usual salmon and only 1 serve rice crackers!!  Just had a small peach too.
Mum also made old fashioned cheesecakes, pikelets and bacon and egg pie.  I have given away most of the stuff!!!
Having lamb chop and some peas and beans out of garden. and I know this might sound strange, but might cook a beetroot up and have it hot with my dinner. Quite like that for a change.
Mum and Dylan are staying tonight.

That doesn't sound odd at all, I like hot beetroot, I like to chop it up with some other veges and herbs and roast it. Very yum.

Had ranchers pie tonight, but also had some ice cream and two cookies earlier in the day Confused

Swampy good on you for going to the meeting, nothing like being cross with yourself to give the kick in the pants that you need  Wink

Lynda I have done well today, had cold meat, avocado and pineapple salad, with a small cob of corn for lunch - forgot to make the bread today so we didn't have any.

Dinner was the scalloped Potato Chicken Bake with green beans, cucumber and cherry tomatoes. I will probably wander out soon and pick some raspberries and have some yoghurt soon. That will be me done for the day. I did have one gingernut while I was out today, but since I haven't had any other snacks I will let that go.

hI THERE,
I love that chicken scallop bake - used to do it heaps but forget about it now.  Have some cold chicken leftover from dinner last night - I often do the potatoes and then use leftover chicken. Might do that on the weekend.

Am so out of it today!  I look forward to a good sleep in tomorrow and going to the movies with a friend to google at George (Clooney)...

Good on you Swampy for going to class anyway, its what we have to do to move on.

Had salmon and 10 rice crackers, then toast and jam at lunchtime. Felt really "picky".  Ate 10 grapes this mornign (finished them off from yesterday) and then just had a watermelon serve. I love those dark green watermelons but havent found another one for a couple weeks.

Have a great weekend.
