Hey Everybody,

I'm once again on the weight loss band wagon.  Your forum seems really friendly and it's nice to talk to other people in New Zealand (I'm in Auckland).

I'm 22 and my weight has always been an issue.  Since starting to lose weight at 15 (through healthy means, diet and exercise) I've always lost it but then life gets in the way and I put it back on.

I'm 88kg and want to get down to about 68kg.  But more importantly, I want to lose the weight and maintain that loss.

Anyway, I look forward to getting to know you all Smile

Welcome Diamond,

Since you are in Auckland, are you going to try going to the classes, or are you going it alone.

One of the things about this plan is that the food is so good that the whole family will like it. I will making keeping the weight off so much easier.

We look forward to sharing your journey with you.

At this stage I'll be going it alone.  We'll see how we go Smile

Join the club, I am doing it alone right now to. Still being on here helps to keep things on track when all around you is falling apart. Confused

Well, one week on and I'm down to 87.5, a 400g loss.  I must admit that I'm a wee bit disappointed as I had made a few drastic changes but the weekend did let me down.  I had a couple of drinks at a friends house and then the next day we went to the beach and had a milkshake and an icecream.

Nonetheless, it is a change in the right direction so as long as the number keeps decreasing then I'll be happy. Smile

a loss is still a loss so don't knock it.

You must have stayed mostly on plan to get a loss so give yourself credit for what you have done, you still have to have a life so take it and move on.

Well done.

I myself have just polished off a few drinks with the neighbours so probably won't even bother with weighin again tomorrow. Maybe next week I will be better.

400 grams is a good loss Diamond..dont be disappointed.. as kiwismum says you still have to live your life Smile   I shall not even admit to my misdemeanors of this past week!  Lets say the bacon and tomato sandwich at midnight last night was very tasty and thats all I am going to own up to Laugh
