I've really enjoyed reading Carolyn's latest book, Fries With That? - published by New Holland. It is easy to read while at the same time comprehensive and well researched. Learning in-depth facts is inspiring me to trim down and, more importantly, determine to keep trim. I loved the weight conversion chart (no ones else seems to give these and it is really helpful). Excellent food additives list, but most of all, thank you Carolyn for tackling the whole 'food layering' concept. With the food industry being so powerful, it is fantastic that this book point the way to empowering ourselves to resist all the crap. I hope it becomes trendy to choose simple, 'un-layered' foods so manufactures will have to respond. Thanks for this forum. I look forward to participating.

Welcome RS, nice to have another new member on board.

I agree Carolines new book is very easy to read, and I find I am refering to it first, even before MASD, since it seems to cover a better range of people. The recipes I have tried in it are up to the standard I have come to expect from all her recipes as well.
