Well the rain managed to miss us which is not a good thing at all. Looks like we might be in for another dry summer Angry

On the KK front, today is the day! I have decided that I need to turn things around so back on the plan as of today. I did have a good weekend eating wise, so that is a good start. I have done a starting weight this morning, and weighin will again be on wednesdays, so look out for an update then. As soon as I can afford it I will probably go back on the online plan, but in the meantime I have all the books so no reason to wait.

Hey good on you KM.  I will look forward to your report on Wednesday, that's if you are going to  weigh this wednesday.
I am still going to the gym at least 3 days a week.  For the first time today I did 30 minutes on the bike and doing 75-90 km the whole time!  Thats a huge achievement for me.  Most days I struggle to do 5 mins without wanting to jump off and do something else.
I had been really good on programme for 3 weeks with no "treaties" but have had another "lolly and chocolate" week!  It's a pity i missed weighin last week as eldest daughter turned 1/4 century and no-one would take the choc cake home or the other stuff and I ended up eating it all over the next few days. I did put it int he sink and run water in the container in the end but should have done it sooner!
Anyway, I will endeavour to be good until Xmas.

I couldn't believe how low our pond was on the weekend. I do NOT want to be bucketing water from February again! Mind you I have bigger arm muscles now to cope with it!!!

Yes I will weigh in on Wednesday as that will give me a good point of comparison for next week.

I have started to reread the books so that will keep me inspired as well.

Good on you Lynda, you must be seeing a difference now that you are keeping up with the gym. We don't have one around here so I guess I will just have to go out and mow the lawns and dig the garden.

So far so good for today so I am feeling pretty happy with myself.

Yvonne, the box arrived today thank you.

I don't think the postie was too happy because it wouldn't fit in the letterbox and he had to drive up the drive and personally deliver it. At least we don't get many big parcels Wink

Glad you are back on track and feeling better.

Hi KM,
glad the box arrived okay..my postie had to drop it off as well...but at least all he did was leave it under the car port so no big hardship for him..

Lovely day here, so must finish hanging out the washing, hope everyone is on track and being good Wink

Ok so define 'lovely' - if you mean no rain and lots of sunshine, yes we have that too. However we could really use some of the much needed rain that everyone else got last week. The garden is dry dry dry Sad. I have to water it before I can weed, or dig or plant or anything at all, otherwise the ground is too hard to work. Irked

As for the diet, I have been on track all week - 2 days Laugh. Its easy to do it for that long. Actually I have been remembering how much I like this food, and wondering why I took so long to get back on track. A new week starts for me today, so I will see if I can stay on plan for a week. Pretty please with how my snowman moved after resetting on Monday, but I don't expect that every week.

Ok, lovely..blue sky no wind sunshine Smile..but I SO agree...please can we have some rain...I dug some 'sheep fertiliser stuff' into the bare ground yesterday and it is so dry!  Angry   Hard to imagine 3 months ago we where having rain constantly.  Silage etc is being cut around here and maize being sown...

It is warm and overcast here today...

Tomorrow I am off with a gift voucher clutched in one little hot hand to buy plants to fill in the bare spots around the place so rain would be appreciated.  Veg garden is being watered regularly..flowers have to take what they get... Sad

Two days is good..I manage two or at most four then something happens and everything goes awry..present pants I have on are getting rather snug  (must be shrinking) so really need to take some action...seem to be maintaining okay (so why the tightness) but really need (as I am always saying Roll Eyes) to take control and shed these last few kilos... Yes

Havent been doing my long walks with the dogs so need to get back into that..and stop eating so much.   Why when one biscuit tastes good do I need to take another one or two...would ban biscuits and icecream from the house but dont think the rest of the family would like that...and of course I would just find something else to snack on! Embarrassed

Plan to make the apple and date cake and one of the small cupcake recipes this afternoon..they should keep everyone going for a few days and be lower fat choices..next time I shop will get back onto all KK recipes.

Hope your weekend goes well KM, and that little snowman moves for you Smile

Oh that must be it....All my clothes shrunk Laugh Laugh Laugh

Another sunny day in the high chair Roll Eyes

We did get a small amount of rain this morning, right when I needed to be outside, but the sun is up again.

I have been on plan all week, apart from a dozen peanuts on wednesday night. Now I just have to get through the weekend. That is my biggest challenge.

Hi Yvonne,

I have not been too bad, but have had a couple of falls off the wagon over the week, but I have been getting right back on so thats ok.

We are finally having a little rain, not enough but better than nothing. However it has become very humid so I guess you can't win them all. Right now rain is the most important thing.

Today I plan to be very good.

Hey you guys. Have been so busy at work.
Did my follow up at the gym and despite the scales only showing 1 kg loss (not surprised with my lollly choc binge, worst in ages) I lost 6cm bust, waist, hips and thighs. 3 on arms.
Very happy. Clohtes look quite good on my and fit so well. Will be throwing some stuff out as its time to retire it and buying smaller size!
Was chickening out of weigh in tonight but carolyn emailed for lemons... so will face up to going now! oh well, it is best for m.e
Was good all week but had roast chicken sat night and ate so much of it.
Then had a small xmas ham last night and picked and picked at it whilst both in and out of the oven. just love that hot ham!!!

Must away and head home to pick the lemons for Carolyn. Tongue

Good on you Lynda for sticking to the gym routine, it will pay off in the long run.

Yvonne, no my weighin isn't until wednesday, so I have one more day to go before I see if the snowman will move in the right direction.

December already No There is no way I am ready for it to be this late in the year yet.

I have done hardly anything towards christmas so far and it will be at least a week before I can really get started. I have too many other things to finish up with first.

We had a very rough weekend, with Little Miss Fussies pony having a stroke, not good, but we are seeing some improvement, just not ever going to be his old self again. No Way
