Hi KM, how is that snowman going? Melting in the right direction I hope.
Thats sad news about your daughters pony, I hope he makes steady improvement ...
Not much happening here, keeping fingers crossed for rain! Moisture level in the soil is what it should be mid Febuary so a couple of days good rain would be appreciated...my flowers would proably collapse in shock!
Hi Lynda, you are doing well at the gym! Encouraging to have clothes fit better..makes you feel good...
Must away and check out recipes...

Well I have had an achievement, but it is nothing to do with weightloss.
Have a look here at what I have made

Now I can move on and think about other things.

Hi ladies
Well it has been quiet on here. Have been busy at work and i am down 1.7kg since i last reported in!! So yes, i have been doing the diet and wow, it works. The gym is helping too and keeping me somewhat motivated most of the time.
I shall check out the dolls.
So dry here and had to buy water. Not looking good for bucketing water. Have you been on Facebook? went quickly the other day and it looks pretty good!!!
Look forward to seeing how you are all going.

Well done Lynda 1.7kg is well worth bragging about.
I have finally stopped gaining, and am now starting to have some loss each week, although now a hugh loss each week, but I am happy with just little ones, as long as they are going in the right direction.
Been busy with making christmas gifts so not alot of exercise going on and I can't see that changing anytime soon. Have birthdays and christmas parties starting this week, so will have to work harder in between time.
