Hey there everyone,
Hope you are heading into Xmas okay and not celebrating too soon.
I have been so good.
Was down 800 this week, 700 last and a kilo the week before.
Also i am pleased to report that when i weighed this morning i was down 2 pound since monday morning!!
The gym is going well too.
We had a great class on Monday with carolyn - i think there were just a couple of 1-200 gains and the losses were right up to 2.4 or something - isn't that great.
Carolyn was very excited for us all.
Anyway, I did have something else to say but its gone right out of my head - what a surprise!!!
Are you ladies on Facebook?  I have been ont he sight occasionally but not often but will make more of an effort to see what is happening there.

I hope you are well and happy and looking forward to a good Xmas.
Oh yes, what i was going to say - i finally cracked the 'the next half stone' thing i had ben working towards for ages and then at weighin on monday night i was 100 grams under the "5" - half way between tens! - i was so pleased!

Catchya later.  I think i took on board something carolyn said - leave Xmas till Xmas day - no practice runs.  I had one Santa in November when they first hit the shelves and have not had another once since. I do have them in the fridge at work but i am very pleased with myself.  Mind you at this time of the year i love my treats to be cherries apricots and mango!
Oh thother thing i'm having a lot is cottage cheese with some cranberry sauce and dried cranberries in for lunch, i love it on rice crackers. yeah simple taste sometimes!!

Merry Christmas to you all as well.

You sound like you are doing really well Lynda, keep up the good work.

I have been mostly good, by had both a christmas party and a big birthday party this past week, so had a little gain, but it could have been much worse than it was. Over all a loss, but just not this week.

Christmas is over two days for us this year, but not at our house, so we will not have a fridge full of leftovers to deal with which will make a change. It means that after christmas I should be able to get straight back on the wagon and move forward.

Stay good everyone.
