Hi Ladies,
Still trying (and failing here) to keep on track for more than two or three days

Am doing my best to balance out the not so good stuff with a daily walk, some of the flower gardens will need putting to bed soon and tulip bulbs planted so that will help the cause.
Managed Easter okay, ate most of a packet of dark chocolate Tim Tams over Mothers Day weekend but do have a bottle of wine sitting untouched....knowing what I am eating is putting me off weighing

on a positive note it was so good to buy a few winter clothes recently in sizes I havent seen for many a year...bought my first in my life proper pair of jeans...and a first ever pair of boots that werent gum boots!
Now that was a good feeling!
