Hey Nan I'm still here, and whats more I am doing the diet.

Ok so I just started back on it, but now that all the weddings and people staying over have past, I can think about me again.

We are coming up to birthday season here so I will have to watch my step.

And I can truly say that I didn't eat much chocolate over easter, the problem with that is that it is all still sitting in the cupboard waiting for me.

How is it going with the rest of you?

Cheers.

Laugh Laugh Laugh I know that feeling so well.

Seems to be the season to celebrate, we just got yet another invitation. This one at least being an anniversry barn dance will have some exercise involved with it.

Time to find some lunch - left over stirfry sounds like a good option

Hi Ladies,

Still trying (and failing here) to keep on track for more than two or three days Embarrassed   Am doing my best to balance out the not so good stuff with a daily walk, some of the flower gardens will need putting to bed soon and tulip bulbs planted so that will help the cause.

Managed Easter okay, ate most of a packet of dark chocolate Tim Tams over Mothers Day weekend but do have a bottle of wine sitting untouched....knowing what I am eating is putting me off weighing Sad  on a positive note it was so good to buy a few winter clothes recently in sizes I havent seen for many a year...bought my first in my life proper pair of jeans...and a first ever pair of boots that werent gum boots!
Now that was a good feeling! Yes

Off to check out the weekly recipe....stay strong everyone...

Well done Yvonne, now you will look really swish.

I have been on track all week after a weekend wedding and then mothers day. Have been very good and plan to stay that way for a while yet.

Well there you go, nobody's perfect. I needed to stay up later last night so sat and ate peanuts to keep me awake.

Now to get back on the wagon, move over Nan.

Moved over!  What the heck is the matter with us? We know how to do it so why don't we?  Weather has fined up (a little) so some good walks this week at last.  I HAVE to get this fat off and will do but I get so darned discouraged (I meant DAMNED :-) when I gain when I shouldn't have......SHEESH!!!

OK fellow loungers........a challenge for this week from me to you and me.

This is my weigh in day and I have stayed the same.........whenever you weigh in.......let us PROMISE each other we will have a good loss in our "week" and those of you who are scared of the scales. GET ON!

Back to the cleaning. Great exercise!!!!   Laugh

Cheers!

Love

Nan.

Good on ya KM...how did it go?  Sorry I didn't acknowledge your post before, but I kept checking back and it kept telling me there were no new messages! Duh!

I have done a very deep-digging personal self-inventory and have been very honest with myself and think I am on the right track.  Been goofing about for too long. Confused

Keep at it everyone!

Love

Nan.

Sorry Had a rough week so I forgot to weigh yesterday, but I suspect I didn't lose, but shouldn't have gained either.

Hubby managed to kill both cars, his on Saturday and mine on Monday, so we have not only had a very expensive week, but alot of problems trying to get things done. Both are repaired now so life should get easier.

Now you would think with all that going on I would be finding it easy since I would be stuck at home. But I had things I needed to do, and found also found myself accomadating other people because they were helping us with our transport issues.

I have however, done my best to keep up with my exercises, and tried to not be too far off with the eating.

I will weigh next week and look forward to the lose I will have then.
