Can someone please tell me what 'two small sausages' are in weight?  Cooked or raw.  If its just the average sausage we get on a tray from the supermarket then I am okay..if not I am over indulging.  Scale moved up a little this week so am going to spend the week tracking what I eat..starting tonight with the humble sausage.
Appreciate any replies, thanks in advance. Smile

Well I am not sure that I can answer your question, but I have always just taken as normal sausages like you would get in the supermarket. Just remember that sausages are full of fillers and fat so you will often get a temporary stall in weightloss after eating them.

I try not to eat them the day before weighin

Many thanks kiwismum, most meats in the kk plan have a suggested weight..so I will just allow two of the smallest sausages..they seem to be about 70 grams each..ones not really enough, two may be too many..but I am not fussing around with one and a half Smile  I would prefer to have a lower fat choice but needs must and sausages where a good special this week Smile
