AS for the coffees, I love cappacino too, but too many of any coffee can give me hot flushes Embarrassed Embarrassed deluxe...well that is my story and I am sticking to it!  Could of course be purely due to MIDDLE AGE!! :o :o

Have a lovely weekend everybody...nice and chilly down here Cry

I intend blobbing in front of the fire this evening....so hopefully nothing comes up!!  Tongue Tongue

Ok so I'm going to class tonight. I have eaten so badly over the weekend and today that I need Carolyns stern words and a good kick up the bum - hope it doesn't hurt too much  Yikes I've been really tired and really cold all day which makes not eating  Zipped really hard. I'm sure having a cup of soup in those circumstances would be ok. Better that than the full blown binge it ended up being  Embarrassed I think the weigh in on-line starts next week so I may switch to that. It's only that Miss MK didn't go to swimming that I can go tonight.

Hi MK and the gang
chuffed as cherries to hear that you had such a great weekend away!!  Well done and keep up the good work....all very proud of you!
Wish I could be going to a meeting with you tonight....that is what I need to keep me honest on the diet front....accountability at a meeting!!!! Friday Frolics would also be great.....
Well I was down to a spot on the nose 74kgs this morning, but feeling sulky and grumpy...and TTOM arrived...so that explains that....not sure why I still went down 800grams, but I shall smile sweetly and take it thank you!!! (I wouldnt say happily, that would be pushing it!)I am trying so hard to stay motivated but I find it so difficult sometimes....but I guess premenstrual doesnt help!  I have still not had a single drop of alcohol across these lips and havent missed a breakfast, so far so good! It is the nibbling that is my downfall.....
Welcome aboard Rachel, whichever thread you are on....I shall just put it all here, takes too much time going from one to the other!!!
As for the dinner thread...tonight is roast chicken, baked kumara (and potato for those who dont like kumara much)....baked onion and carrots and mushrooms,  peas and GRRRRAAAVY!!! Will save some of the kumara and make that yummy chicken and kumara salad with the spring onions and apricots...just beautiful....MMMM???
Anyway just a quick hello to you all.. MK looking forward to hearing how the meeting goes...tell Carolyn I send lots of love when you see her again....
Righto cherubs, take care, keep warm and have a wonderful week....
Lots of love and kisses to you all

Woodpecker 800gm is a fantastic loss especially with TTOTM  :o Tongue Well done. I was down a kilo on Friday and after my weekend am now up 100gm from last week   Weeping Shows how dangerous eating crap with no exercise can be. Never mind onwards and well, downwards I hope this week  ;D

That kumara and chicken salad sounds nice - where's the recipe for that. I have last nights casserole for lunch today. Hubby reckons it was the nicest casserole I've ever made   Pleased Don't know why, it was the same as usual, maybe he was especially hungry.

I have to confess I didn't quite make it to class last night afterall  Embarrassed I was shattered and in fact in bed asleep before my 8:30 cup of tea arrived   Zzz Feel heaps better for it this morning though. I might try again next week although the online thing with the hippo is tempting. I'm such a sucker for gimmicks  Yes

Okay - I'd better do some work. Hope you all have a great day!

Cheers
