Great loss Annamarie. Keep up the good work!
Spaghetti bog bake, um, I have a recipe from class from many years ago - if you have access to recipes on line it should be here and not sure if it is in cook book but will look. Um, am I allowed to post it here if I can't find it in a cook book?

I just looked in my books and there is a baked spaghetti bolonaise in the All Seasons Cookbook on page 116.

Cool, I hope you all enjoy it. My family don't like cottage cheese so I just use the extra protein in the mince.
Am having tasty fish rissoles or something tonight. One from the original class booklet. Does anyone else have a favourite fish recipe - fresh or tinned?

Fish and chips, lol. Not a big fish fan, has to be very white and clean for me to eat it. Tried to eat canned tuna, made me want to vomit. :o I usually just get the fillets and do them a la Southern fried chicken style.

I made a pot of Moroccan Chickpea soup this weekend and it is delicious. The recipe is in this months issue of Healthy Food Guide and will fit into KISS easily. Just a word of warning though, if you blend half of it as they say to it will look as if it's already been eaten once and come back up again Still tastes good though. If anyone would like the recipe just send me a message via here.

Also of note is the lamb casserole with herb dumplings (KK in the Kitchen). Was hugely popular with hubby and Miss MK. She particularly liked the dumplings (or dunkins as she called them ) Oh - and I enjoyed it too!

Those both sound delicious MK - will give them a go. (That's me licking my lips not sticking my tongue out at you!) I need to do a few more recipes instead of the usual stirfries, steak, or pasta and sauce! SD

I've just had chilli beans and tomatoes on toast with a dollop of sour cream for lunch. Really tasty and a great way to encourage the water consumption Burgers with Sthn Fried chicken for dinner tonight. Hope all is well with everyone. We're all a bit quiet lately. Isn't it wonderful to see some sun ?

I'm here. You are so organised Have no idea what is for dinner tonight. I try to be organised during the week but weekends don't worry so much as often not home. Enjoy the sun - its cold out but at least its not raining
