Well my cross trainer finally got fixed and I went on it this morning for 20 minutes. I thought I would ease my way back into it but man, I had a sweat on  Big Eyes and that was on the lowest resistance so I've got a long way to go before the thing  stops challenging me  Pleased Scotty if you are thinking of getting one I think it's a great machine. I could feel the muscles in my arms and back getting a bit achy so it's obviously doing something  Laugh The plan is to work up to 30mins most days and then I'll play it by ear. My exercise regime has been intermittant at best the last few weeks but I intend to get back into now. This morning might have been a bit easier if there had been something on tv to distract me. Country Calendar didn't quite do it for me - sorry Mad Cow but it was as boring as a boring thing Faint  Haha

Hi girls,
Hope that you have all had a great weekend.  Well done on the exercise Tracey, keep up the good work!!! I went for a 20minute cycle yesterday (whilst Ian did the hard out stuff, I just cruised around Rabbit Island)...well my "bottom" bones are aching to death....shucks, I am so unfit it is scary, but hopefully that was the start of things to come haha...
I wonder how Sue is enjoying that wonderfully warm Fiji...wish I were there!
Will probably be catching up with Jackie this week, so that should be fun....
DAMNATION....I swallowed my gold filling on Saturday evening....remember it came loose (for the second time) when I was in Auckland...well anyway, I was eating soup and ....gone!!! Well that is the end of $1000 so will definitely not be replacing it with gold!!
So looking forward to having my day off today...going to do a bit of housework and then hopefully get my hair cut...and perhaps a dentist appointment would be a good idea...have still been good on the diet this week,(Besides lunch out twice and one evil dinner out!!) tried to make good choices and have still not had any alcohol at all!! such a saint...may the scales do me justice......showed 72kgs, this morning, but I dont think that was right!! (BUT I am not going to get on a second time!!) haha...
Anyway girls, have a great week ahead.  Chat soon, take care.

I have hurt my neck which is giving me a headache so not feeling 100%.  I have got my gym clothes in my car but will see how I feel later today.

My eating hasn't been to bad Angel at least for me.  I am fed up with maintaining so really need to kick start a few kgs.  I have booked to go to Wellington for 4 days in August, so it would be nice to be a few kgs down as I have some black cords that I need to fit into.

How terrible to lose you gold filling Cheryl. I dislike going to the dentist as it always costs money.

Where is everyone???? We seem to have lost Annamaria and KiwiGirl Sad

Hope you have a nice day - its a bit cold and wet here, but I guess it is supposed to be winter.  I keep thinking about Sue lying on the beach with drink in hand Wine
