Not being anywhere near a meeting, the online plan was a good option for me.
Little did I know what I had signed up for.
I had expected to have meal guidelines, recipes and a weekly weighin. I have done other online plans and this is basicly what you get.
I looked at the daily food log and thought OK I'll play the game, I have used fitday in the past so no biggie there.
What I really didn't expect and was caught totally by surprise, was that someone reads these and comments on it. Oh my imagine my surprise when I got an email talking about what I had eaten the day before, talk about having to keep on track now. Someone else is going to see what I eat
