Well for me I'm sick of seeing this fat person in photos who isn't the me i see myself as being

I have always struggled with my weight since i was about 8 and the older i get it doesn't' get any easier.
Having lost 16kg i was motivated, kept a good check on my diet and was doing heaps of exercise and on my way to achieving my goals of getting fit and down to a healthy weight. Unfortunately a car accident and some serious injuries at the beginning of the year has seen me slip into some old bad habits and the weight is starting to creep on again>

. Have been to Caroline's classes previously and found her motivational and came across this site by accident.
Having some trouble trying to get back on track with my diet and exercise regime but I've done it before so can do it again!

As Caroline says You just Do it! And on that note i'm going off to the gym

and have made decision to go back to a Kiwi Kiss class as i need the discipline of someone else keeping me honest at the moment.
look forward to reading the information on the forums for great tips etc.
