Ok it seems many of us are feeling a bit blah today, me included, so how about some bragging to make us feel better.

Lets play the I can bragg better than you game Angel

This morning I made the mistake of having a sneak peek at the scales :o and the haven't moved since monday Angry

While I was dressing I whipped out the tape measure and slid it around my hips( the biggest part of me), and then with I quick peek(can't look too long in case it goes up) I thought I was mistaken. Had to have a good hard look IT WAS DOWN BY 3cm.

WAHOO, that is my brag for the day my behind has shrunk. Yes

Go you! Your ticker is looking good too. I think I might need to be a bit cheeky and put my own ticker on. Remind me that I AM going down and not just stagnating.

I'm going to brag now..... right now I have three hours with JUST my three kids and nobody else's. It's nearly the only time that's happened in the entire school holidays. I love having the masses, but it's so beautifully, beautifully quiet right now.

Is that a brag?

Well, after my annoying thing with all that baking, I decided had to dress "skinny" (I am not but you know get into the fitted clothes so I can't eat too much) and wow,
the skirt I bought about 6 weeks ago and that would do up, but not sit on my waist, actually does up and sits on my waist perfectly!!!!   It is very motivating.

Good topic Kiwismum.  All these little things keep me on track - a huge thank you for all the contributions and feed back which has helped me get into this skirt properly and be able to breathe!!!

Phew! That's a great brag. Soon you'll have to go and buy new knickers!

I remember doing that last year. I was walking around muttering about how all my underwear was losing its elastic at once and one of my friends finally took me aside and told me to shut up. It wasn't the elastic, it was me!  ;D

Kiwigirl, great about the knickers - see how those grams just melt away and we don't always realise it.
Actually I bought a neat "corset top" yesterday from Pagani (not to wear in public ladies) and was absolutely amazed when it fit me!!!  I am sure my husband will be appreciative when I give it (the top) to him for his birthday next week!! wink wink nudge nudge!!!  Just have to find some appropriate knickers now to go with it. Haha
I was absolutely delighted that it fit and I could breathe! It was a big boost (oh, that could be a pun!)

Well done to you wonderful women who are disappearing before our very eyes - makes all the hard work worth while. My brag is that after popping into my husbands work yesterday with the kids (had to drop something off that he had forgotten - I'd only asked twice for him to take it  Knockout) one of the women there went up to him and raved about how good I was looking. Nice to hear at anytime but especially when I've been feeling fat and useless lately  Awww I'm glad she said it to him and not me - I think I would have been a bit embarrassed.
Good on you Lynda with the corset. Let us know what hubby thinks  Wink Haha

Well, my bragging certainly isn't as shameless as SOME of you!
But I have noticed that I don't go blue in the face when I reach down to tie my shoe laces anymore!!! ;D ;D ;D

Yay Jojo! Time to celebrate Drunk

A brag is still a brag, I don't recall anyone saying that it could only be about our weight.

Sit back and enjoy your achievement, I am sure you worked very hard for it.  ;D

Welcome Jojo.  Great work passing your uni exams.  Huge congratulations.  I see you have the eiffel tower - do you live there, plan on visiting....???
We can brag about anything in here!!!  It all helps our self esteem and positive outlook on life.

I went out to lunch yesterday and didn't even check out the dessert trolley nor did I request more from the buffet when husband went back!!  Just had a couple  bits of chicken, some pimpkin and rice sald.  It was fine. I did go prepared in the morning when I left home as knew it would be 4-5 hours till lunch and took fruit for morning tea and the water bottle!!!
