Mad Cow - you go girl  Laugh I think it's awesome how well you are doing with your running. Everytime I go out for a walk I think of you (in the nicest possible way of course). I too want to be able to run 10km but if I can manage 5 by xmas I'll be happy. You are proving to be a wonderful inspiration - as always  Ok

KM well done to you too with your trousers. Isn't it great when all the hard work pays off  Yes

MC did you see my pitiful 10 minute walk.  I thought of you when I went off for my walk.  I would have kept going but that big dog that attacked my little one - well we would have had to walk past them again as they were going back that way.  I guess I could have just taken him home and started over.  Trouble with living in the country, the driveway was too long and I knew once I got back up there, I was over it.

I will do better this week thinking of you.

Those trousers KM - that is so cool.  Maybe we should swap our old clothes so that we can't sneak back into them!!!!

10 minutes are better than nothing.

I couldn't resist this morning while I was getting dressed. Out came the tape measure and I have lost a total of 5 cm off the old behind.

No wonder I was losing my pants Embarrassed

Ok yes I am shamelessly bragging.

I ate very badly over the weekend and I mean very badly, Sad but it was the first time since starting this that I have done that.

Weigh in today and I lost....get this 600g Laugh

I have to wonder what it would have been without the weekend off plan. Embarrassed

Well I logged it but I don't believe it and I have since noticed that the batteries are going flat on my scales so who knows really.

But look I am a full member, must talk too much
