I'm with you two - I seem to have the envelope showing and you don't and I've ticked the bit that asks if you want email address hidden. Maybe it doesn't change until you log out?

I think it's only us that can see our email address (I hope) because I can't see Mad Cow's or AM's when I'm logged in and if you go online without logging in then you can't see anyones email adresses. Does that make sense? Hopefully someone from admin will confirm this ???

Ok, that sounds real, but I don't need to email myself! Would be nice for admin to reply & put our minds to rest. We'll have to get used to this forum, but it feels clunky to me.

Yes that's correct. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I was away up North over the Queen's birthday weekend.

Dear Admin, how do I post a new topic or thread? And how can one view a list of all threads under each section before viewing? I use the forward/backward button, but this is a bit time consuming. Any advice?

To post a new topic you click on the "New Topic" option which appears near the right hand side of the screen, both at the top of the list of topics and also again at the bottom. To view a list of topics within a section, just click on the section name (i.e. "Weight Loss Discussions") and you'll see all of the topics within that section. If a topic has new messages in it that you haven't read then it will say "New" next to it, and if you click on the "New" button it will take you to the first new message within that topic. Near the top of each page is a "bread crumb trail" that looks like this: "WeighInOnline Forum > Weight Loss > Working Out > Inspire Me". So that tells you are reading the "Inspire Me" topic within the "Working Out" section within the "Weight Loss" area. These are all links so you can click on any of them to jump straight there (i.e. click on the "Working Out" link will take you back to the list of topics within the "Working Out" section. Don't forget there's a Help page that contains a lot of this information, just click on "Help" near the top left of the page or click here. Once on the help page there are extra help pages about Registering, Logging In, Profile, Posting, Personal Message, Searching; just click on the appropriate link at the top and bottom of each help page.

wassup! Hey Cheryl, if you click on the weigh in on line logo at the top of this page it takes you to the website where one of the tabs along the top is recipes, the seem to change lots, but notice the one today is same as last week. Or maybe it was yesterdays??? I made the feta, courgette and something fritters, very nice. Had to improvise a bit as didn't have soda water, so just used water with baking soda in it instead. Made the blue vein cheese and pasta one, using broccoli instead of asparagus. Mad bull loved it........he's a big blue cheese fan. Me, not so much, but it was nice. Probably makes a difference what cheese you use, I just go for the cheapest.

Hi Cheryl, We've never had a daily recipe as such. As you're a recipes member of WeighInOnline you have the following available to you: - This Week's Recipe
- What's For Dinner This Week? (a list of suggestions for dinner, changes weekly)
- Recipe Archive (over 300 of Carolyn's receipes, with new ones being added, you can browse by category or search the archive)
- My Favourite Recipes (while looking at recipes you can add them to your Favourites List which allows you to quickly look at your favourites)
All of this is available under "Recipes" within the Member Control Panel. Maybe you were thinking of the "What's For Dinner This Week" as a daily recipe, since you get a recipe for each night of the week and it changes weekly?
