I have an over abundance of grapefruit that is starting to fall off the trees. I don't like marmalade and I am trying very hard to avoid the whole added sugar thing. Any bright ideas?

Now they should all ripen over the next couple of weeks and that is way more than I can eat on my own. I already have three ready to eat. Has anyone tried mixing them with lemon juice and then freezing in ice cube blocks and if so how did it turn out?
Any suggestions will be considered.
