Hi everyone, after a very foggy start it looks as though we will have another nice day.  Hope so as all the washings out..

Hi Lynda, how did your weekend go?  Hope you didnt have the dramas of last time.

Just finished looking through the latest Ezibuy catalogue..need a couple of tee shirts for summer..why is it each summer (or winter) I find myself thinking why didnt I try harder to lose the few kilos in winter (or summer) so I could buy sizes that fit better!  Every years the same...true I have a lot less to worry about than I did a few years ago but really really must get rid of the fat sitting around my middle..I can do it..just have to Do It!!!

Sitting up to the wee small hours this morning watching some rubbish movie on TV and eating cold roast potatoes is not the way to shed the weight Embarrassed

Will get back to you on the broccoli potato mash Kiwismum, I like the sound of your recipe but daughter doesnt like the veg, husband doesnt like pasta...tonights beef may just get added to a onion and a can of beef and veg soup used as a sauce/gravy..not KK but quick and i have the ingredients here..

When I shop Saturday will (pay day allowing) work out two weeks menu of KK recipes / meals and post them under the other topic..does that make sense?
Off to see if I can shop on line with Ezibuy...
