That sieve is an awesome idea. I think I will have one of those.
Now Carolyn,  I need to know what recipes you use the baking beads in. I used to make something years ago that I used kidney beans to bake 'blind' (can't remember what it was though ) But haven't used them in ages.
In some of the KK recipe books I have, you have herbs and spices for sale. Do you still do those?????

Hi Mad Cow,

Yes, the sieve is awesome!   I use it all the time for washing salad, draining pasta and have another I use for my peelings.
Re the baking beads.  I use them when blind baking a pastry flan to retain the shell.   
While baking beads are usually used for flakey pastry, which we don't use - I make filo pastry cases for custard and fruit or savoury fillings.
