Thats a lot of milk KM, but having said that the three of us go through 6 litres a week....can you freeze the excess?  I know supermarket milk can be frozen...

I am one of those people who have to plan to survive Smile or keep sane..same thing I guess...not that planning meals keeps me on the straight and narrow...

Been a hot day here..foggy to start then just blue sky, sun, no breeze...beautiful!  Husband had nine hours mowing to do so was a hot and dusty job for him...

Any news on the elderly horse?  Hows your new calf?  I noticed my son had his back paddocks mown for hay today...made a low fat fruit cake tonight (just flour, coconut, milk dried fruit and sugar) hope it tastes okay...not a kk recipe so shant post it....

Hope everyone has a great weekend

Well done Linda on your loss!
Unfortunately I'm in the sin-bin this week and with the temperatures dropping all I want to do is bake & eat!!
Might try making scones & take them to friends who have 4 children who are always hungry.
Have been olive picking this week, always fun & a good work-out; but today it's raining, so it's off till the olives are dry again.
We have had some lovely log fires at night & snuggled up watching old movies like 'Breakfast at Tiffany's' and 'Casablanca'.
I see that you lot are in for a lovely hot weekend, you'll be off to the beach no doubt.
Be good & I will too!
Ciao x

Hi ladies,
Well weigh in tonight.  Will be down.  Have been pretty good all week.  I don't plan exactly but have a fair idea in my mnd what I might be having.  Have used all my cooked lunches so will have to do some more spag bol and chicken peach balsamic casserole (stir fry in recipes) as I love it.  Had some beef mum had in freezer on the weekend and cooked for Sat night. It was disgusting!!!  Dog food now!!  I put herbs and "stuff" like a crock pot recipe said and it smelt delicious but the meet was tough and just plain blah.  Am not a big beef fan anyway. Yesterday we had chicken and had no veges except potatoes so as a treat cooked husband apple lemon zesty crumble.  I laughed as his reply was "I deserved that reward last night!!" haha.
Always yum that crumble.

Will report in tomorrow with my loss!!  How positive is that.
