Savaloys for dinner tonight...I presume these would be the same as sausages/frankfurters?  If so what weight/size are two small sausages/frankfurters which is one serve of protein?  Many thanks if anyone can help Smile

Well in the interest of helping you out I got a bag of sausages out of the freezer and weighed them. These are packed in a plastic freezer bag so no tray in there and I know that there are six in the bag. They weighed out at just a fraction under 600gm so that would be 100gm per sausage or 200gm per serving according to how that worked out.

Now our sausages have a higher meat percentage so it might not quite workout the same for regular shop bought ones.

Thanks, so I will allow 200 grams of savaloys and hope for the best Smile  Just did the fastest walk home (in the rain...again!) so that should help burn up any surplus calories Smile  Tomorrow nights dinner is a stuffed (breadcrumb stuffing) ox heart so I shall equate that to liver......had the heart lurking in the freezer so time it got eaten....
