Presently I throw my cuddly blanket off and walk from the chair to the ladies.... I honestly don't think I have ventured much at all lately.
I have though been thinking about doing some firming exercises.
Oh yes, in the car I do those tummy crunches and suck my belly button in for as long as possible.

Hi all,
I'm posting this from the downward autumn slope into a cold dark Italian winter. I've been enjoying my evening walks nearly every night around my beautiful little village. I've enjoyed feeling all virtuous and getting those nice exercise endorphans (spelling?) humming through my bloodstream. But its been raining for 3 days straight now and the temperature is sliding down towards the smallest single digits each night. I give myself the night off when its pouring down but I'm starting to think I might not get out again til Spring! Oh well, the house needs cleaning and I read somewhere that housework is quite good exercise....

P.S. might put a ticker up one of these days but i'll wait til its got something worth showing first!

Oh Sunny
You make exercise sound wonderful.    You have a wonderful way of describing things.

 I have trouble walking everyday when I'm not actually walking to get somewhere.  That's the practical side of me.

however I have taken up yoga and I love that.  It's only once a week but I am trying to work it in to a daily routine, not quite game enough to change routines yet.  I'm sure it would calm me down and help with the comfort eating side of things.
